If the ring becomes unresponsive or frozen, you need to perform a hard reset. A hard reset restores the Luna Ring to its original settings, erasing all data and customizations. To perform a hard reset:
- Remove the ring from your finger.
- Place it on the charging dock. Make sure it's in charge.
- Tap the charger firmly for 5 - 6 times rapidly on a table, keeping the ring in place with the help of your finger.
- If the ring lights up Green LED for 5 secs after the tapping, then the ring is factory reset.
- Wait approximately one minute, then re-open the Luna App and check if the device is unpaired with your account.
It may take several attempts for the hardware reset to activate, so please try these steps a few times.
